Open to Work
I take AI products from ideation to production. Multi-agent orchestration, MCP servers, full-stack and mobile apps shipped to the App Store, Google Play, and the Microsoft Store, and hands-on AI training.

About
I am a Forward Deployed Engineer, Published MCP Server Developer, Full-Stack Developer, EdTech Innovator, and PhD Researcher based in Barcelona, Spain.
I design multi-agent orchestration systems, build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and develop full-stack and mobile applications that I publish to the App Store, Google Play, and the Microsoft Store. I also run hands-on training sessions on Agentic AI and AI-assisted development. From ideation to production, I own the entire cycle.
My unique angle: deep expertise in both AI systems and educational technology, with over a decade of experience spanning teaching, research, software engineering, and published writing. Alongside my technical work, I write a regular Urdu column at Daily Urdu Columns.
AI multi-agent platform that builds and ships apps from a single prompt, to web, mobile, and the app stores
Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB)
Educational Technology / Pedagogical Digital Competence. Supervisor: Dr. Cristina Mercader
AI platform generating curriculum-aligned quizzes and lesson plans for Pakistani teachers, offline and in Urdu
Runs and customises an OpenClaw-based AI assistant in production, self-hosted on my own infrastructure
Author of 15 published Urdu columns on life, learning, and society
Featured Projects
Most of what follows is running right now on infrastructure I operate myself. Where a demo is public, the card links straight to the live system.
An AI software development platform where a team of specialised agents plan, build, review and ship applications from a single prompt. Agents build in parallel on isolated git worktrees, a reviewer merges each change, and one idea ships to web, mobile and the app stores. You bring your own AI keys and own every line.
Parallel agents over tmux and git, with delivery to the App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store
An AI assistant that answers WhatsApp voice calls and holds a real-time conversation. Paco checks email, calendar, weather and the web mid-call, and places outbound briefing calls through a simple HTTP API. Built from an empty folder to production in a single day.
Deployed on my own Ubuntu server behind Nginx, with a custom operations dashboard
Free, open-source MCP server providing local text-to-speech and voice cloning to AI assistants. No API keys. No cloud. Runs entirely on your machine.
Compatible with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, n8n, and any MCP client
The self-hosted engine behind LoopCodeLab. A browser and phone workspace where a team of AI agents plan, build, review and ship whole projects in parallel, over xterm.js and a tmux PTY bridge. Live behind this link.
Flutter build and distribution pipeline on a headless server: hot-reloading web previews behind TLS and signed Android release APKs. Plus a shipped cross-platform game.
Reference manager for my PhD thesis: 590+ sources with client-side semantic search over embedded vectors and exports for citation tools. Live demo.
Transcript-based AI video editor: upload an interview, strike a line, and the seconds leave the cut. A hosted, mobile-first studio that never opens a timeline, powered by OpenAI transcription and Remotion rendering across a seven-service Docker stack. Live behind this link.
Published npm package. Turns free text into a short, DNS-safe slug, distilling a clean project name from an idea and safely fitting it into a single 63 character hostname label (RFC 1035). Zero dependencies.
Custom n8n node connecting WhatsApp to automation workflows, running in a self-hosted Docker n8n stack alongside AI pipelines.
Streamlit chat studio for six LLM providers: switch between Claude, GPT, Gemini, Groq, Qwen and DeepSeek, or compare two side by side with an automatic judge.
Self-hosted, customised deployment of the OpenClaw open-source assistant, running as a daily-driver AI system on my own infrastructure.
AI tool dynamically generating, managing, and grading maths problems with personalised student feedback.
Local Streamlit app that codes interview transcripts through a three-stage qualitative analysis pipeline with Excel exports. Built for PhD research workflows.
This site and its sister services are self-hosted on an Ubuntu server I administer: Nginx terminates TLS for more than a dozen subdomains, Node services run under PM2 and systemd, and n8n runs in Docker. The portfolio is the proof.

Research
Dissertation: Pedagogical digital competence among Pakistani university teachers. AI integration in Higher Education. Supervisor: Dr. Cristina Mercader.
My research sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and educational technology, studying how AI transforms teaching and learning in higher education.
